Red Pepper Spread

4 cups water

6 big red bell peppers, deseeded

A pinch of salt

2 garlic cloves, roasted and minced

3 tablespoons olive oil

A pinch of cumin, ground

½ cup lemon juice

1 cup sesame seeds, toasted


Put bell peppers in your instant pot, add the water, cover and cook on High for 15 minutes.

Drain, transfer them to your blender, add a pinch of salt, garlic, oil, cumin, lemon juice and sesame seeds and pulse really well.

Divide into bowls and serve as a party spread.
